⭐️ Job Title: Regional Sales Specialist
Salary Range: Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience (+ car allowance and bonus)
Location: Remote UK (ideally South UK) with significant travel

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in pathology and/or histology? Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to be their first Sales Specialist focused on the EMEA region, playing a key role in their ambitious growth journey.
The Role:
* Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute plans to achieve regional sales targets.
* New business: Proactively develop and close new business, managing the entire sales cycle.
* Distributor Collaboration: Partner with distributor teams, providing training and support to drive revenue and expand market share.
* Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with labs, hospitals, and distributors, ensuring short- and long-term success.
* Market Insights: Identify opportunities for growth and provide input to enhance product offerings tailored to anatomic pathology.
* CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer data and provide regular updates on sales performance.
* Event Representation: Attend workshops, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions and foster connections.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years in sales, ideally within pathology, diagnostics, or similar. Familiarity with histology and anatomic pathology is a strong advantage, particularly in the UK market.
* Skills: A confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and execute sales strategies.
* Mindset: A proactive, growth-focused self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values collaboration.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel (up to 80%) and adapt to working across time zones to meet customer and distributor needs.
