Working options | office based Working pattern | full time Working hours | 37.5 (Monday – Friday) hours per week Reports to | Executive Personal Assistant What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a friendly and professional self-starter with strong organisation and multitasking skill to support the effective running of our offices in Borehamwood. You’ll be welcoming visitors and candidates to HFIS, managing meeting room bookings and office supplies, as well as liaising with the building management team on daily issue, including repairs and car parking access, so you’ll need to be solutions focussed, with strong communication and organisational skills. You’ll also need to be physically mobile, as the role will include distribution and collection of post and other supplies.
