The role We are seeking a driven and experienced Supervisor to lead our brand-new, dedicated bathroom installation team. You’ll own the initial recruitment of this team, with further hiring next year to meet projected demands. From providing onsite and operational direction, to contributing to strategic and hiring decisions, you’ll have the opportunity to drive and influence the project from day one. We’re looking for someone who understands the trade, with hands-on bathroom fitting experience a big plus. However, just as important is your ability to motivate, manage, and support a team, ensuring each member is performing at their best and has the tools they need to succeed. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your own workload, with the opportunity to work from home when you’re not onsite or attending meetings at the office. Whether you’re a tradesperson ready to step up, or an experienced supervisor already, this is an excellent opportunity to flex both your technical and leadership skills. What we are looking for Trade experience, preferably in bathroom installation and maintenance Confident managing and supervising onsite operatives and contractors Experience monitoring progress and carrying out pre and post inspections of work Knowledge Health & Safety policy and industry best practise Experienced in using business systems to monitor and achieve high performance standards measured against KPI’s Social Housing experience would be a big bonus, as you will be interacting with our tenants. However, most importantly we are looking for someone with great communication who is able to promote strong relationships, both within their team and externally.
