Your Responsibilities Include:? Providing strong clinical leadership within a multi-professional team.? Offering advice, support, guidance, and education to nursing and Junior medical staff.? Being a role model and expert practitioner.? Responding to critical issues, Acute response and Cardiac Arrest calls as part of the Hospital Out of Hours team.? Ensuring prompt support and effective clinical assessment/treatment.? Developing advanced assessment skills and knowledge.? Expanding professional practice in line with nursing professional codes.? Undertaking procedures like cannulations, venepuncture, catheterisation, and 12 lead ECG recordings.? Collaborating closely with the Duty Nurse Manager.? Prioritising workloads with the aid of Nerve Centre.
