Job Description
* Manage daily office operations
* Support the team with administrative and secretarial tasks
* Coordinate and organise meetings
* Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
* Maintain records and databases
* Handle correspondence and queries
* Sending estimates to clients
* Support in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Oversee the maintenance of office facilities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Administrator / Manager should have:
* Strong administrative and secretarial skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
* Strong organisational and planning skills

* Proven experience in a similar role
