Maintenance Manager
Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing specialist. This company manufactures specialist products to industries across the world including aerospace and automotive and is at the forefront of their industry on an international level.
Job Role:
As a Maintenance supervisor/manager, you will be tasked with carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.
Typical Duties will involve:
* To conduct and diagnose electrical fault finding and repairs.
* CNC fault finding and repairs.
* Help develop, implement, and monitor systems such as Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
* Support TPM plan.
* Conduct analysis and investigations using Failure Mode Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) on equipment failures that affect product quality, equipment uptime, and plant capacity.
* Participate in the creation and review of maintenance procedures and policies.
* Assist Facility repairs as and when required.
* Support machine relocation (Disconnection and re-commissioning).
* Competent record keeping.
Minimum Requirements:
* Have a relevant Engineering qualification (electrical).
* Experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Experience with electrical motors, gear boxes, bearings, and sensors.
* Installation of machinery.
* Ability to be self-sufficient whilst working alongside mechanical experts.
* Demonstrated ability to root cause analysis/problem solving processes.
* Mechanical knowledge.
* CNC knowledge - desirable.
