We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Executive and an Account Manager in Healthcare Communications for our London-based client. They are fully independent, really thriving and with much new business on board and more set for 2025, they need additional experienced client services individuals to bolster their already established and welcoming team.
The agency covers a mix of promotional accounts and medical affairs; however, these current needs are predominantly promotionally focused, so solid experience in, and an enjoyment of promotional project types is essential. There will be a small amount of ‘light’ medical affairs work too.
Examples of core deliverables include:
* Strategic guidance documents, objection handlers
* Sales materials – sales aids, leave pieces, promotional emails
* Promotional meetings e.g. standalone scientific exchange meeting
* Advisory boards
* Internal client workshops e.g. customer segmentation, defining the patient type
* Training materials
* Promotional and medical congress booths
* Disease awareness pieces
Despite the more commercially focused needs, all assets our client covers (and specifically within the field of rare diseases) are still high, complex science and consequently a relevant BSc. is a MUST for both roles. Similarly, you need to be able to visit the central London office at least once a month (ideally weekly) – this is non-negotiable.
Benefits:
* Quarterly bonus scheme plus additional annual bonus
* 28 days holiday
* Thorough onboarding
With a genuine and positive approach to team collaboration as well as notably impressive staff retention, we are continually assured our client offers a super long term and fun place to work and thrive. Here, talent is noticed and rewarded and with constant opportunities to work directly with the senior leadership team, learning and progression potential is unlimited.
