What You'll Do
1. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, meeting their day-to-day needs.
2. Take responsibility for customer loyalty and account retention.
3. Educate and reassure customers on best practices.
4. Identify and resolve problems to ensure minimal impact on customers.
5. Produce reports to analyse trends and performance of customer accounts.
6. Communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
7. Work within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet deadlines.
8. Use business acumen to balance customer needs with business goals.
9. Demonstrate excellent office skills, including IT literacy, time management, and organization.
10. Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
About You
1. Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Quick to learn in-house systems.
7. Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. High standards of work ethic and attention to detail.
