An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global market leader as an Account Manager, developing and managing the existing install base of clients through relationship building and customer face time, whilst promoting products and solutions from across the Emerson Measurement Solutions instrumentation portfolio for the North West of the UK. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Sales Targets and Forecasting - Own and deliver the budget and target for assigned customer accounts - Increase market share with targeted competitor displacement, building customer relationships to grow loyalty within the existing accounts - Forecast and maintain opportunity funnel updating business planning tools (CRM) - Identify, develop and lead application solutions Team Collaboration - Collaborate with existing instrument sales teams relationships to ensure complete account coverage and knowledge share - Maintain sales account and value creation plans to generate new opportunities - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment of messaging and needs Market and Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and maintain a solid understanding of available market and business - Understand customers own strategy and overall industry trends, legislation drivers and business needs - Proactively deploy sales growth account plans/initiatives to ensure we remain supplier of first choice Customer Engagement - Identify new contacts and actively engage with existing customers by promoting unique product features and deploying best sales practices, accompanied with technical knowledge - Build effective account relationships to become the trusted advisor within accounts - Utilise key account management skills to maximise effectiveness and customer facing selling activities Who you are: Join Emerson as an Account Manager for our Measurement Solutions business and make a significant impact on growing opportunities within our customer install base.
