Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact in security and safety? As a Monitoring Centre Operative at DeterTech, you’ll be a crucial part of a dynamic team dedicated to protecting people, property, and communities, while gaining valuable experience in a vital sector.
Key Duties Include:
* Monitor cutting-edge security systems to identify potential threats and breaches.
* Evaluate and prioritise alarms and incidents, ensuring swift, accurate responses.
* Collaborate with security services to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting our clients with professionalism and care.
* Work within a 24/7 shift pattern, giving you flexibility and a balanced work-life routine while contributing to an essential industry.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations quickly and effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both with your team and clients, to manage incidents efficiently.
* A high level of reliability and independence, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios.
* Strong IT skills and experience would be a significant advantage, helping you to navigate and operate security systems with ease.
* A keen eye for accuracy and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and integrity in every task.
