The Market Security Group (“MSG”) is a central analytical team for Willis Towers Watson, undertaking annual financial assessments of some 3,500 insurers worldwide. The operations team support the work of the analytical team in a variety of ways, in the day-to-day management of the MSG’s systems, processes and controls. The primary function of the MSG is to carry out research and financial analysis on these insurers, providing a financial assessment to the Willis Towers Watson’s Security Committee and written factual reports to clients. The Role: Assisting on the day to day management of systems, processes and controls of the MSG. Help to manage shared email inboxes, responding to internal and external queries on Market Security processes. Providing training, and respond to routine queries, on using Market Security IT systems to both internal colleagues and external clients. Data gathering on the insurance companies assessed by the analytical team. Support the MSG Operations team in the delivery of MSG projects. Assist in the requirements gathering, planning and testing of enhancements to IT systems utilised by the MSG. Requirements Essential: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent IT skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications. Attention to detail. Problem-solver. Capability to prioritise tasks, focus on the crucial few and eliminate roadblocks. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers, both internal and external Demonstrate commitment & progress to achieve professional qualifications.
