Key Responsibilities: Lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences across leisure and business activities Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional visitor experiences across all areas of the venue. Developing and implementing strategies to increase visitation, revenue, and visitor satisfaction. Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, curatorial, and facilities to coordinate activities and improve services. Developing and implementing public programming, including educational initiatives and special events Managing budgets, forecasting visitor trends, and tracking visitation data. Implementing and overseeing customer service training programs. Overseeing point-of-sale systems for admissions, retail, and online ticketing.
