Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and provide support to families.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Proven experience as a Registered Mental health Nurse.
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centred approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights if required.
