The Role
As Inclusion Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping and leading our approach to inclusion, SEND, and pastoral care. You will:
o Oversee SEND, inclusion, and pastoral care, supporting staff in delivering inclusive practice.
o Take responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school as DSL.
o Manage interventions, EHCPs, external partnerships, work closely with families to support inclusion.
o Teachone day per weekto stay engaged with classroom practice.

• Has experience working with SEND and inclusion in a primary school setting.
• Is passionate about removing barriers to learning for all pupils.
• Has excellent knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.
• Is a strong communicator who can work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
• Can inspire and support staff in delivering high-quality inclusive education.
