We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join our Service division. In this role, you will support the Service Operations Manager in delivering the long-term vision for the service department and ensure that business goals and KPIs are achieved year on year. About the role On a day-to-day basis your activities will be: Oversee the performance and profitability of the regional service team, ensuring the highest standards of customer care. Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts as determined by the Service Operations Manager. Review service contracts and identify areas for improvement. Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring a high level of customer contact. We are looking for someone who embodies strong core leadership behaviours, including empathy and care, positive thinking, honesty and integrity, a desire to learn, aligned values, and a customer-first approach.
