There will be a 12-month training period working under a senior sales executive, after which the candidate is expected to progress into a full sales roleResponsibilities Following up on qualified marketing leads (referrals, web-generated, marketing campaigns, introductions). Generating and closing new business through referrals, phone and person-to-person sales, and networking events. Developing and managing relationships with customers, helping them access the right funding solutions. Working with brokers and introducers to secure referrals and convert them into new business. Managing relationships with key referral partners to maximize ongoing deal flow. Closing sales from broker and introducer referrals efficiently, ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction What we are looking for A well-spoken, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who enjoys sales and helping businesses grow.
