We are seeking a full time experienced HR Manager to join our team.
As a HR Manager, in this pivotal role, you’ll be a strategic partner, supporting staff and managers in all aspects of HR for our 400+ staff. You’ll lead on recruitment programs, provide HR advice and employment best practice and champion a positive work environment.
Our ideal HR Manager candidate will:
* have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in the education sector
* hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or has equivalent experience
* be confident in developing effective recruitment strategies for a variety of roles
* work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* excel at communication and collaboration, building strong relationships with colleagues
* handle people issues sensitively.
