This is a hybrid role so we’re flexible on your location. You’ll mainly work from home, with occasional visits to your local offices each month.

How you’ll change it up
As our Performance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our national and regional teams, ensuring transparent and accurate reporting on the overall status and performance of projects. This will include identifying and reporting on potential risks, providing insights that contribute to informed decision making and enabling effective strategic planning. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
1. Establishing new reporting, or optimising existing reporting, to drive efficient data insights
2. Coordinating and producing content to support the governance framework
3. Supporting the adherence to best practice with risk, issues, opportunities and change governance
4. Sharing key lessons learned to enable the continuous improvement of across all projects
5. Carrying out data deep dives to support with performance investigations
6. Supporting on the IT development and prioritisation for the scaled platforms portfolio
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll have excellent attention to detail when it comes to data and reporting, using your track record of reporting on large scale complex projects and natural problem-solving skills to positively contribute to a comprehensive understanding of our project dynamics. You’ll also bring the following with you:
7. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
8. An understanding of the risk and change process
9. Experience carrying out data deep dives and investigating issues
10. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels - highlighting issues and escalating them to senior managers
11. Experience supporting governance meetings to track KPIs
12. Experience gathering multiple data sets from different teams
