Job Description NEW BUSINESS COORDINATOR – Sales & Administration Location: Horsham, RH12 Salary: OTE Circa £28k Position: Permanent – Full Time This is a fantastic opportunity for a persuasive salesperson with good Business Development and administration experience to join a highly successful professional surveying company in the Horsham area You will have a strong administrative background as well as some experience in selling and business development in order to be able to win business and bring clients on board from inbound sales calls and referrals. A background in estate agency or surveying will help to fully understand the benefits of our client’s services, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The perfect candidate will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role. The role will include handling warm leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets, Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients, managing their expectations, and working with them to develop new business opportunities. You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills, an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation, and being commercially aware with a competitive nature. You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly self-motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic and energetic.
