Reporting to the Finance Shared Service Manager, you will join a highly successful credit team where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio in order to retrieve monies owed by various communication methods.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Liaise with your customers and internal contacts to resolve any customer disputes/account issues to ensure a smooth process.
* Work to individual and group targets, providing updates to the Finance Shared Service Manager on any problematic accounts.
* Provide reports as and when required.
* Manage own ledgers.
* Demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Show flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
* Adopt a thorough approach to tackling problems and the ability to work methodically.
* Exhibit resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Be someone who is keen on progressing to a qualified credit manager – ICM qualification.
