We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the delivery of our strategy in AXA Health’s Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team. You’ll work across Marketing, business and technical teams to ensure outcomes are understood and requirements captured to deliver improvements to marketing strategy, initiatives and projects. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Lead the delivery of team priorities and projects. Set and shape the correct delivery approach. Spend time with IT, business and change teams to understand their processes and systems. Be responsible for in-depth technical and business analysis. Provide detailed user stories acceptance criteria. Work collaboratively with Developers, Testers and Technology and Strategy leads. Point of contact for colleagues, providing day-to-day support of marketing reporting and analytics. What you’ll bring: Business analysis experience across campaign and new product launch, within a Marketing function - essential. Usage of insights to act and do things differently - essential. Knowledge of document configuration. Presentation and engagement skills. Solid commercial understanding. Excellent storyteller. Experience of working within a regulated environment - preferred. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
