The Role: We are looking for a proactive Distribution Consultant to manage lead generation campaigns and outbound communications for our key strategic partners. The successful candidate will engage with external firms, promote Simplybiz services and solutions, and work towards set KPIs to drive business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to promote Simplybiz Group services, partners, events, and training. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns. Work towards and achieve activity and sales targets set by the Senior Investment Distribution Consultant. Maintain accurate records of campaign statistics and KPIs. Update and manage the CRM database. Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners. Identify and create business opportunities for internal and external Simplybiz teams. Attend events as required. Support senior management with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills. Customer Service: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and negotiate effectively. Presentation Skills: Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups. Time & Self-Management: Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and take accountability. Collaboration: Ability to train, mentor, and support team members. Problem Solving: Strong research and decision-making skills. IT Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial services, products, and industry trends. Change Management: Ability to adapt to change and support others through transitions. Person Specification: Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. Strong self-motivation and resilience. Comfortable working to daily outbound call targets. Experience & Qualifications: Experience in outbound calling (preferred). Experience in sales. Experience in financial services (advantageous).
