As a key player of the FLIP (Fixing Legacy Issues Program) Team, you will work as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mill. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and optimize critical propane systems and piping infrastructure. If you are ready for a challenge, we invite you to apply!
Responsibilities include:
1. Will work as part of a team to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mill
2. Maintain the mill piping and propane systems, and modify or construct piping as required
3. Daily Propane inspections and troubleshooting
4. Follow piping diagrams and P&ID’s
5. Maintain a safe and organized working environment
6. Follow company procedures and comply with the practices of our work order management system
7. Embrace and support Operational Excellence efforts and OE Culture
8. Comply with all Orano health, safety and environmental policies, practices and procedures

Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
1. Interprovincial Journeyperson pipefitter or plumber’s ticket is required
2. Saskatchewan General Gas Fitters ticket is required
3. HVAC troubleshooting experience required
4. Ability to follow HVAC Electrical Schematic Drawings is an asset
5. Ability to follow piping diagrams is required
6. Experience with industrial piping materials such as HDPE, CPVC, FRP, SS and Victaulic is an asset
7. Industrial maintenance experience is an asset
8. Ability to work with minimum supervision at times
9. Ability to work as part of a diverse maintenance team
10. Willing to assist other trades in the completion of their duties
11. Physically capable of working 11 hour a day in many different work environments and conditions
12. Preference will be given to qualified Residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN)
Work Location & Schedule:
1. 14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule
2. Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
3. This position requires moderate physical ability
