Master Systems Integrator (MSI)
Hereworks’ MSI team ensure all intelligent building systems within a smart building communicate properly; we collaborate with the client and all project stakeholders to ensure systems will be accessible and usable while developing software and network layers for integration, aggregation and communication of the building’s systems including, but not limited to:
* Amazon (AWS) / Google (GCP)
* Safety & Security – Intruder, Fire, Access Control, CCTV, Lifts
* Room, Desk & Parking Booking Systems
* Space Analytics Systems

What's the opportunity? (Role)
We are currently seeking an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our ever-growing Smart Building workforce in the role of Project Management Office (PMO).
The PMO role will include but not limited to working alongside Network & Software engineering teams to ensure the communication of the building systems into BMS Systems (Niagara Framework etc), Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP etc) and our own Hereworks Happy Platform.
Project support shall be required through assistance to project manager and MSI Director. This will be a rewarding and exciting career opportunity for the right Individual working on the cutting edge of Smart Building developments.
The PMO will report directly to the MSI Director.

What will you be doing? (Responsibilities)
* Strategic support across multiple Projects
* Saving all documentation received to CDE/Project Drive
* Managing / distributing documents within external project management platforms e.g. Procore, Project Plus to ensure internal Smart Team have visibility to relevant documentation
* Ensuring internal / external project team have access to project folders
* Scheduling internal/external workshops. e.g. Regular project meetings / coordination meetings with external BMS/MEP/Lighting Contractors / coordination meetings with subcontractors / training workshops to installation teams with vendors
* Scheduling site visits / installations
* Raising RAMS / permits where necessary alongside H&S Manager
* Scheduling site inductions
* Visibility of all external correspondence to ensure all open items are being tracked within project documentation e.g. RFI Tracker / Open Tasks Tracker
* Chasing internal / external project teams where required for updates / escalating to Project Manager where required
What do you need? (Requirements)
* Prior Experience in an M&E, Smart, Controls or Software Project Management role
* Understanding knowledge of M&E and controls systems
* Ability to collaborate as a team with vast array of skills across Software, Network & Building Services Engineering, Controls specialists and System Architects
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with both internal and external customers
* Training and mentoring for the right candidate shall be offered
* Demonstrate an understanding and an ability to adopt the principles of BrickSchema, Project Haystack, Google Digital Buildings, Cloud Data Storage such as AWS, GCP & Azure, Onboarding of Data from onsite hardware to Cloud Storage through use of Integrators, Integration of IAQ & Occupancy sensors

* Excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Salary: Depending on Experience
Location: UK Office (London) or Ireland Office (Ashbourne) Remote Working and Client sites as required.
