We are now looking for a new Paid Search Demand Generation Programs Manager in EMEIA. Does this sound like it could be you?
Working in the Digital Marketing Demand Generation team, you will drive traffic and revenue for Retail via a combination of paid programs, primarily Paid Search, monitoring and optimising day-to-day performance for the EMEIA region, understanding deeply the core business and the opportunities for programs to innovate. You will represent Retail Demand Generation within the broader Retail campaign planning meetings with local and WW team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the flawless execution of all our Paid Search campaigns across product and campaign launches throughout the year, ensuring the work resonates locally and delivers the best customer experience.
2. Identify and drive any local initiatives that tackle local challenges or opportunities.
3. Day-to-day management of paid programs, primarily Paid Search, resolving complex issues with data-driven, creative and effective solutions.
4. Leverage technology to achieve tasks to maximise results and efficiencies, while supporting your manager and providing timely and regular feedback to achieve revenue goals.
5. Monitor activities against assigned revenue investment targets, developing and recommending new processes and procedures while following and contributing to WW best practices.
6. Ability to work independently to achieve day-to-day tasks and network with key contacts to support wider teams and complete projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
* UK and DE language skills needed.
* Deep knowledge of Paid Search and Google Shopping.
* Data-driven and passionately analytical, Excel power user.
* Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
* Detail-oriented.
* Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Display and Paid Social digital marketing direct response programs.
