We’re looking for a new Professional Qualification Administrator to come and join the team Ideally based from our East Midlands office hub in Castle Donington or for the right candidate we can consider someone a little further afield. You’ll be reporting to our Student Support Manager and will be exposed to all things Professional Qualifications, from day-to-day administration to exciting forward-thinking projects. If you’re a people person with an eye for detail, a flare for organising and find coordinating a doddle, then this could be the role for you About the day to day… As a Professional Qualification Administrator, your role will be to provide support across the Professional Qualification team. We cannot stress how important timely responses and attention to detail are within this role. You need to be accurate, reliable and efficient. The role includes a whole host of activities, here's a quick overview of what you’ll get involved in (but not limited to): Book trainees onto their professional qualification courses and exams, then update the staff planning board with the course dates Maintain exam results and other training records Process invoices for payment Create training and sponsorship agreements Assist with professional qualification queries Get stuck in with wider team projects The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.
