About the Role
The objectives and expectations of the role is to be a key member of a team responsible of procuring, building, configuring, deploying and maintaining PCs, laptops, thin client devices, mobile devices, telephony and data networks. To ensure that new IT hardware, software and network installations, projects and service requests are efficiently delivered and aligned to customer requirements. To be able to provide onsite support through troubleshooting device, software and network issues in at an enterprise level.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* hands on experience of managing small / medium IT related projects including software/ hardware upgrades and office moves.
* ability in configuring and deploying client devices to customer specifications and to troubleshoot end user devices including tablets, Apple OSX / IOS & Windows PCs
* knowledge of configuring SCCM / Intune and utilising these tools to maintain the hardware and software estate.
* ability to work proactively to identify areas requiring maintenance and support to work efficiently.
* a good understanding of own work priorities and able to keep own workloads regularly updated and current, with customer kept updated on requests and incidents
