At Trackman we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market leading sport tracking solutions. This is why we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Sales and Customer Success Representative for our Golf Pro & Indoor customers in the South East of England. This is a unique opportunity to have a dual role of 50% selling and 50% customer success.
Are you our new Sales & Customer Success for Trackman Golf?
You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director, Sales Representatives, Customers, and Trackman Headquarter personnel including global product owners. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments.
2. Support our new customers with training, education, and 1st level technical support.
3. Assist our customers in the planning and execution of successful launch events for indoor golf centres.
4. Proposal preparation, opportunity management, and order administration.
Your main purpose is to help drive sales and ensure that all new and existing Trackman owners are successful in how they use and leverage our product.
Activities should include but not be limited to:
1. Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
2. Customer training and 1st level support in all market segments after install, on all aspects of the Trackman product and ecosystem, including top-up training.
3. On-going email/phone/in-person communication with customers regarding software updates and other key information.
4. Support commercial customers in hosting successful launch events as well as ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue, and overall engagement.
5. Help commercial customers with marketing material and initiatives both at the time of launch and on an ongoing basis.
6. Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams.
7. Arrange regional events where facility owners can meet and network to share best practices and develop the community of operators.
8. Collate success stories and feedback from venues to support future sales.
9. Conduct meetings and updates to share the latest information with owners and staff at commercial venues.
10. Referral program for operators to recommend future clients.
What are we looking for:
1. Fluent in English language.
2. Home/Office in South East England.
3. Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid).
4. Professional golfer or Single figure elite amateur golfer preferable.
5. Previous experience in sales or support, preferably in golf or a sports-related business.
6. Experience working in a customer-facing role.
7. Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected and responsible person.
8. Strong growth ambitions, holds an entrepreneurial mindset.
9. Works independently, but is also a team player who shares feedback and helps when required.
10. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Ability to analyse problems and provide well thought through solutions.
12. Willingness to work "Out of hours" on weekends and evenings when necessary.
You can expect in-region travel required, 70%-75% of the time, specifically on-site, and occasional European travel required.
