So, join us The Position Job Title: Apprentice Wayleave Administrator Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Duration: 15 months EPA Location: Stoke Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Salary: £17,000 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • IT literate • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Good negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively • Problem-solving mindset • Experience as an administrator RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and review wayleave documentation in respect to FTTP Fibre/Civils/Telecommunications installations. • Investigate the Land Registry, planning authority and other information sources to establish land or property ownership • Maintain and update a database of wayleave agreements and amendments • Maintain records of all correspondence related to wayleave agreements • Liaise with landowners to obtain necessary permissions and provide updates on progress • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and contractors regarding wayleave matters • Submit JUP applications • Maintain excellent relationships with landowners, agents, government departments and other external bodies. • Manage costs associated with compensation, fees, and other related expenses Eligibility Criteria Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.
