To provide a comprehensive HR service including advice and guidance to employees and line managers consistent with HR policies and UK employment law and pension legislation.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Be the first point of contact and advise line managers and employees belonging to different business entities on a range of INOVYN HR handbook policies and employment regulations to ensure compliance with all aspects of these policies.
* Manage and co-ordinate recruitment events to ensure appropriate selection activities, resources and methods are used in a consistent manner to successfully recruit the most suitable candidate for each vacancy.
* Ensure key HR processes such as recruitment, match and assign, sickness absence control, HR induction, etc. are continually monitored and improved and their alignment to HR policy and legislation is delivered and maintained.
* Provide support and advice to line management to ensure that sickness absence processes are followed to minimize employee absence and absent employees return to work at the earliest opportunity in a controlled manner.
* Provide, when called upon, a full range of HR support to all HRMs across all INOVYN business entities within the North West Operations.
Key Skills & Experience
* CIPD Human Resources Practice Certificate Level 3 or equivalent.
* At least 3 years experience of HR function.
* Knowledge of HR Policies and Terms & Conditions.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence all levels of employees.
