About The Team:This role is responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, and maintenance of all quality management documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the Windmill Site, whilst maintaining robust version control and document management systems to ensure all materials are current and accessible. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality documentation. Ensuring that Health & Safety standards and Food Safety standards are adhered to at all times.What You Will Be Doing:● Process and Documentation: ● Develop standard operating procedures (SOPsWBIs) to ensure consistent performance across all departments and teams. ● Embed best practice into standard work and share across networks. ● Review and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, including version control and updates. ● Evaluate and improve departmental processes and documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Food Safety, Health & Safety, BRCGS). ● Re-evaluate and document process improvements and lessons learnt when updating process documentation with stakeholders.● Continuous Improvement and Project Management: ● Identifying opportunities for improvement using structured methodologies like LSS.
Provide updates on progress, risks, and escalations. ● Design, monitor, and report on project KPIs, adapting them to meet business goals and advising team members on their metrics. ● Ensure that all operational processes support the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.● Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring alignment with senior management on current projects and achievements. ● Collaborate across departments to resolve standardisation issues, share best practices, and drive compliance.● Training and Development: ● Develop and execute OpEx site strategies aligned with broader business KPIs. ● Work strategically to ensure that work streams deliver tangible benefits to the business.● Strategic Alignment and Execution: ● Develop and execute Systems & Process site strategies aligned with broader business KPIs. ● Work strategically to ensure that work streams deliver tangible benefits to the business.Who You Are:● GCSE English, Maths● Minimum 3 years of experience in process writing or similar role● Understanding of Lean and process creation● Strong organisational and project management abilities● Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills● Proficiency in documentation software and version control systems● Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt & STEM related degree would be a plus● BRCGS Awareness & ISO 9001 Awareness would be a plusWhat You Will Get in Return:● 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes● Company pension scheme● Gym membership● Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options)● Electric vehicle scheme● Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme● Dog friendly office!
