Company Branding:
Encourage pupils to interact with the class and engage in activities. Provide feedback to pupils and teachers on pupil's achievement, progress and any problems that arise. Create and maintain an orderly and supportive environment, undertaking administrative tasks as needed.
Job Duties:
* Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
* Support students with special educational needs
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
Required Qualifications:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Health and Safety certification
* Mental Health training
* Safeguarding training
Education:
Relevant teaching assistant qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience working as a teaching assistant in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of classroom dynamics
* Ability to communicate effectively with students and teachers
* Organisational skills to manage administrative tasks
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in relevant areas
Working Conditions:
* Full-time contract position
* Work hours as per school schedule
* Engagement with students and teachers on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
