We require a Fabric Supervisor to look after the day-to-day efficient operations of the Fabric Store at our Fivemiletown production facility. Responsibilities Loading and unloading Lorries. Checking goods received against Advice Notes and organise stock in a neat and Orderly fashion in the Warehouse. Check that goods being dispatched agree with Consignment Notes. Organise all DHL & TNT parcel dispatches from Fivemiletown site. Maintain a neat and tidy workplace. Dispatch all MOD Special measures. Dispatch stock items (Helmets, Gloves & Hoods) Maintain a live WIP database for all Cora manufacturing. Maintain cover and armour fabric stock levels in Cora and FMT Keep the Cooneen Protection returned armour data base live and up to date Stock take covers Feed packing roon covers Bags/boxes/plates/Chain responsibility stock Be aware of ISO 9000 Standard Operating Procedures. To identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and ICT Security. Requirements Essential Experience in working in a warehouse or stores environment Experience as a supervisor Competent in the use of IT Microsoft Office Experience of PRIMA or another Warehouse order management system Previous experience in people leading or team management Current DBS Vetting Check, or willingness to undertake a check Desirable GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent at C Grade or above Relevant experience in a Stores/Warehouse environment Valid Forklift/Telehandler Licence Experience of working a similar operation Experience with the warehousing of similar volumes of products.
