Responsibilities Provide 1 st to 3 rd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintaining a range of IT hardware and software systems Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords – namely within M365 Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptly Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems Collaborating with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades This is a truly varied role with an exciting organisation with unparalleled growth and opportunities.
