As a Producer at Zinc, you will be responsible for finding and selecting stories and producing high-quality videos on different topics. This will include scripting the videos, finding contributors and archives, overseeing remote crews, working with animators and the edit team, and guiding them through the process.
You will oversee scheduling, ensuring that all production milestones are hit, and all assets are delivered on time and to a high editorial and creative standard. You will take responsibility for driving the project forward, working with our accounts, digital and project management teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. You do not need any shooting or directing skills.
As a video producer, you will have significant experience in the edit, and writing clear, attention-grabbing scripts. You will be a master of conveying complex information simply and concisely. You will be able to take complex research and turn it into compelling video ideas, identifying the most effective hooks for a story and suggesting creative and engaging treatments to appeal to our target audiences in different countries. You will know how to make a film stand out visually, and how to find great archive. You will have experience working with motion graphics and animation.

Requirements
You are expected to:
Develop detailed campaign product asset scopes (e.g., hero film), against a campaign brief;
* Deliver a detailed production timeline from campaign concept to final delivery in collaboration with the production manager;
* Coordinate with the creative team to realise campaign objectives into campaign assets;
* Deliver the campaign’s production within key milestones and deliverables as stipulated by the project management team;
* Assist the project management team in sourcing reputable local providers and designing scopes of work for providers to deliver (e.g. filming partners);
* Oversee the production process to guarantee high-quality outputs;
* Develop synopses, scripts, presentation decks, production timelines, filming schedules, and any other production materials as required
* Manage post-production activities including editing, sound, and visual effects;
* Work with the project’s Content Director and Project Director to ensure all deliverables are processed through the correct review processes ahead of delivery;
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, including Zinc’s editorial and ethics guidelines.
