An exciting opportunity has arisen as an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP in Ipswich. About the Role: You will provide high-quality generalist HR support across various service areas within the business. From advising on employee relations to supporting with complex cases like disciplinary and grievance processes, ill health, TUPE transfers, and recruitment—you will help drive best practices in line with legislative requirements. You’ll also play a key role in HR projects, training delivery, job evaluations, and employee relations. About You: You will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a proven track record of delivering HR advice on complex employee relations issues in a face-to-face setting. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to effectively support managers, employees, and trade unions in achieving constructive outcomes.
