Job Summary:Greetcustomers in a friendly andwelcomingmanner, always providing exceptional customer service to ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed. To ensure that all displays front of house is replenished when required ensuring the unit always operates to a consistently high standard of food quality & presentation and to the agreed specifications. To greet and engage to passengers during service, should be able to multitask and can work well with others.
Reporting to: Lounge Supervisor / Duty Manager/GM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* To be able to present the menu to customers and is familiar to all dishes.
* To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
* To ensure all counters are set up to the agreed standard and specification.
* To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
* To ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
* To ensure the dining area is kept clean.
* To provide refills of water and other beverages
* To be able to accommodate customers needs and questions.

To attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Management.
To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen / service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered.
To follow objectives set by management and use the training given when necessary.
