We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to join our team based in the West of Scotland Region. Reporting to the Customer Service team, you will be providing customers with an efficient, accurate, and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Carrying out joinery / making good remedial work
* Reporting and correcting minor faults
* Effectively representing the Cala brand when working in customer homes, ensuring customers are happy with repairs carried out
* Regularly communicating and collaborating with the office team, contractors, and suppliers
* Keeping admin up to date / effectively utilising appropriate IT and CRM systems
* Identifying and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role providing customers with an efficient, accurate, and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key Skills:
* Ideally, you will have a building trade background
* Comfortable working at height and using ladders safely
* Excellent communication skills are essential
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively while unsupervised
* You will have access to a company van, so having a full UK driving license will be essential.
