Technical Office Administrator
We are looking for an individual with strong communication, organisational and visual literacy skills to work at our paper bag production site in Harlow. We manufacture for some of the biggest names in food and non-food retail and this will be an excellent opportunity for an entry into the packaging industry.
In house training will be given, if you believe you have the correct skill set please do not hesitate to apply.
Key Duties will be:
* To ensure smooth process of all orders from the sales office.
* To support the sales team with administration duties, liaising with customers to ensure all files and product specs are up to date.
* Create and manage specifications/artworks for new products.
* Review and ensure that all artwork is up-to-date and approved by the customer and production team before proceeding with the order.
* Coordinate the ordering of printing plates once artwork is approved.
* Process orders on Sage, making sure they’re entered correctly
* Ensure that customers receive their orders on time and that all deadlines are consistently met.
* Oversee and coordinate bookings for both domestic and international deliveries.
The successful candidate will need to;
* Have general administrative experience
* Be familiar with using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ideally to have worked within production or packaging.
* Fluency in Turkish & English is also a major plus.
