Dynamic Head of Sales sought for a Grade I listed country conference and events venue to lead sales efforts in MICE and Weddings, driving growth and cultivating client relationships. At this esteemed venue, we are looking for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the sales efforts in MICE and Weddings. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will work closely with Senior Management to drive growth, cultivate client relationships, and inspire a high-performing sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Strategic Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies for MICE and Weddings. • **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate the MICE and Weddings sales teams to exceed targets, fostering a culture of excellence. • **Performance Reporting**: Present monthly sales performance updates, contributing to overall business strategy. • **Sales Initiatives**: Recommend and implement key sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the venue's objectives. • **Special Projects**: Lead and execute time-sensitive projects, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes. **Salary and Package:** A salary of circa £60,000 per annum plus bonus is being offered.
