Our client is looking for a pro-active Sales Controller to manage the showroom floor of this well established prestige franchised site in Bedfordshire.As part of a successful team you will be responsible for maximising profitability, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries. The main challenges within this role will be helping to direct and motivate a sales team through a robust process. You need to be able to demonstrate an ability to exceed sales targets and ensure the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer. The successful candidate must have recent experience within the franchised motor trade and a proven track record in car sales as either a Senior Sales Executive looking for their next promotion or as an existing Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager. The package includes a basic of £35000 and OTE of £65000 company car and other benefits.
