Role Responsibilities Joining this business as a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will: Coordinate graduate recruitment - working with various recruitment partners and differing approaches Manage the onboarding of graduate hires and apprentices Utilise and work on projects to expand the use of the company's Learning Management System - Totara Coordinate training initiatives and support training programmes Liaise with external training providers Coordinate internal training events including week-away residential courses 4x a year (liaising with/booking venues and accommodation, preparing materials, inviting attendees) Support the Head of Training & Development with periodic production of reports, analysis and other key management information Complete general administrative tasks - processing of invoices, processing of journals etc.Rewards The package for this Learning and Development Coordinator role includes: A starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience) Your share of the company's profits in the form of an uncapped bonus Pension scheme 25 days paid holiday per year Free on-site parking and canteen serving free lunches Opportunities to develop key skills and build a successful career Central Knutsford location within walking distance of the train station Normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday-Friday (please note this role is 37.5 hours/week and full-time office-based.
