The Sales Director will lead efforts to expand the organizations presence in UK Ministry, Government, and Energy sectors. The Director will leverage industry expertise in Asset & Facility Management, Operational Resilience, Customer Experience, Sustainability, HSQ, and Business Transformation to accelerate business development.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in business, Sustainability, Engineering, Energy, or related field (Masters preferred).
Skills & Experience:
* 15+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, focused on the public or energy sectors in UK.
* Proven track record in driving business growth within Asset & Facility Management, Operational Resilience, Customer Experience, Sustainability, and HSQ.
* Strong financial management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
