The Client
A market leading software/SaaS business that has grown exponentially since inception. They are a real success story in the UK, providing a range of products/services that lead the field in terms of technical capability and customer benefits. Recent investment in infrastructure has given them the platform for further expansion. Added to their exceptional growth in recent times, they are now looking for a Key Account Director to lead the Key Account team.
The Role
This will be an extremely rewarding and gratifying role for a people-led business where you will lead a team of Key Account Managers who each have a suite of corporate/global accounts to develop. This is a new role where you will design and implement improved processes and procedures to ensure each customer achieves maximum value from your software/SaaS platform. You will play a hands-on role, picking up responsibility for some large key accounts and leading by example.
This is a key hire for the business. You will get plenty of autonomy and flexibility to develop your business unit as you see fit.
The Person
It is likely that you are an experienced Strategic Account Management leader from the technology sector with a background in coaching/supporting Account Managers to retain and grow accounts.
The Rewards
A basic salary of around £110,000 - £130,000 is on offer with an OTE of £190,000 - £210,000 per year along with a host of other benefits.
