What you'll do
As a Customer Inspector Scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for:
1. delivering outstanding customer service
2. liaising with customers
3. booking appointments
4. scheduling work for field staff within service level agreements (SLA)
5. ensuring customers' expectations are met and exceeded.
What you'll need
Excellent team, multi-tasking, customer service, communication and motivational skills are key to this role, as well as the ability to resolve issues, assess job priorities and ensure work is completed within strict SLAs.
You will need to make clear, decisive and efficient judgements while having the ability to give clear direction to all parties who require work progress and outcome updates.
You will need to have a positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn new skills and the ability to exceed both your own and customers' expectations.
You will also require the ability to remain calm and positive when under pressure while incorporating flexibility into your role during periods of change.
A good working knowledge of the water industry is preferred but if you are a motivated individual with excellent customer skills and the aptitude and approach to effectively problem solve under pressure, we'll ensure you get all the training you need to confidently adapt your skills to the role.
This role is available for flexible working, including job share if a suitable job share partner can be found.
