Role summary: Working as part of the Living Environment Systems Group, a world leader in energy efficient HVAC&R solutions, this role will work within the Commercial Product Group. Understand the market and customer – learn, add intellectual curiosity, trends and analysis to generate and share opportunities and strategies. Lead the go to market charge - what to sell, where to sell, and how to sell it. Apply knowledge of the market and customer to develop value propositions and narrative which resonates. Enable internal teams and optimise product adoption - build awareness, drive demand, adoption & overall success of product. Experience: Product marketing experience operating at an expert level, 3 years Marketing experience and understanding of working with Marketing and Marcomms teams 2 years Engineering / technical / HVACR experience 3 years Must have market knowledge and experience within the commercial heating market Skills/Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you will need to: Ensure customer is placed at the center of everything we do Continual natural collaboration with stakeholders, working to maximise positive outcomes for the business and customers Clear project managed product marketing roadmap, including product, legislation, product intel and markets Develop and co-ordinate go to market and product sales strategy with Marcomms, Product Strategy & Delivery Manager and Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to drive and optimise product adoption Input view to budget, forecasting and legislation from market to Product Intelligence and Legislation Specialist Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users Own the market/customer needs/values/feedback (VOC) – check vs others in team Identify and prioritise gaps and opportunities from Product Marketing team, balancing between products and markets.
