A Family Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Law Firm based in St Albans on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
* Providing a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients
Guiding clients through divorce and splitting assets.
Advising on child care and financial support.
Creating agreements before or after marriage.
Helping clients get protection orders if needed.
Assisting with legal processes for adopting children or surrogacy.
Helping divide property and money in a separation.
Handling issues like wills, inheritance, and family trusts, as well as advising on matters like guardianship and family disputes.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor:
4-8 years PQE.Possess strong technical expertise in all areas of private family law, with experience in handling a range of family law matters from start to finish and experience in private law child arrangements.Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.Take a client-focused approach to every case.Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career.Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team.Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities.Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently.Flexible approach to work to meet client deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.
