Clinical Innovation and Transformation Lead
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Clinical Innovation and Transformation Lead to join our forward-thinking organisation, AHP Suffolk CIC. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving significant improvements in healthcare delivery for our community.

Main duties of the job
You will have the opportunity to:
* Lead and deliver impactful transformation programs: Play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading and managing the successful implementation of innovative clinical pathways, service redesigns, and strategically important projects.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions: Translate local and national transformation agendas into actionable improvement plans, ensuring that our services are efficient, effective, and patient-centered.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with clinicians, managers, patients, and other stakeholders to co-design and implement innovative solutions that address complex healthcare challenges.
* Drive continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate project progress rigorously, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and identifying areas for ongoing improvement.
* Build a strong foundation for future success: Develop and implement robust business cases, including activity and income projections, to secure funding and ensure the long-term sustainability of new services.
* Champion patient-centered care: Actively engage with patients and their families to ensure that their voices are heard and their needs are met throughout the transformation process.

Experience

* Working with clinical and non-clinical staff including senior stakeholders.
