About the Spa Receptionist role: Take charge of treatment, spa day, and fitness bookings. Confidently follow procedures for opening and closing the spa. Complete all reception admin tasks with pride and to the highest standard. Assist with cashing up and voucher/brochure enquiries as needed. Show potential new members and guests around the spa, sharing all the exciting details. Answer the phone promptly and help with any enquiries. Ensure the smooth running of treatment rooms and allocate rooms to therapists fairly. Work closely with spa therapists, leisure attendants and hotel staff, sharing necessary information professionally. Keep an eye on lone swimmers, as well as all the other Spa gusts and check pool chemical levels to ensure everyone’s safety.
