Job Title: Technical Commercial Claims Handler
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our dynamic insurance brokerage as a Technical Commercial Claims Handler.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters to gather information, negotiate settlements, and resolve complex claim issues.
* Negotiate fair and reasonable settlements, taking into account policy terms, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Have a solid understanding of commercial insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
About the Role:
This is a remote-based position, with occasional travel required to our office (1 day every 3 months). The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
